Browser Considerations
PC and Mac Users should use the most up to date versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Keep in mind that if do not know your Signature password and store it in your browser, (which is not recommended by Valant) you will not be able to ePrescibe until you enter your signature password. Since you may be using a different internet browser, it will not remember your password. Users who do not know their current password will need to contact Valant Support in order to reset the password before ePrescribing.”
