Effective June 17, 2016, DrFirst no longer allows international IP addresses, excluding Canada and all US territories, to log into DrFirst or EPCS Gold due to increased security risks.
This means that if you are outside of the United States, you must log into these products using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection. If you are unable to access a US or Canadian based VPN, you will no longer be able to access these applications when outside of the country.
