The term Superuser refers to users who have one login to access multiple Valant accounts. People who have these types of logins are typically users who bill for multiple practices, or practice managers who work for multiple providers or practices. It is also the tool that Valant Support uses when accessing your account when working on technical support issues. When Superusers login they see a Select Client Practice field with a drop-down list of practices they can access. The drop-down entries will include the practice name in bold, the Client ID number, and the organization name if applicable.
When superusers choose a practice and click Select they are taken to the practice's Valant account. When a Superuser needs to switch accounts they can do so by selecting the drop-down next to their name in the top-right corner. Click "Select Client Practice" option to be taken back to the initial page upon login to select another account.
