HDCL-C - Johns Hopkins Depression Checklist for Children

Description
The Johns Hopkins Depression Checklist for Children (HDCL-C) is a 38-item checklist used to determine depression in children.
This is an objective measure completed by the parent and has been shown to be sensitive when used to screen for depression, showing change over time.

Special Instructions
Once the patient has submitted it, you may preview it on the uninitialed documents tab in the EHR. However, do not initial it or it won't later be pulled into your Mobile Note.

Interpretation
Mean Score in Depressed In-patients = 66.8 +/- 13.4
Normal Population Mean Score = 26.4 +/-5.3
