Valant Maintenance with Downtime Alert
Valant will be performing backend maintenance on infrastructure to improve performance and provide a foundation for continued innovation.
Dates and Times of maintenance windows:
- Saturday, November 2, 8 p.m. PT through Sunday, November 3, 8 a.m. PT
- Saturday, November 16, 8 p.m. PT through Sunday, November 17, 8 a.m. PT

To prepare for this maintenance:
- Log out of Valant prior to this scheduled maintenance window
- Communicate to patients that the MYIO patient portal and secure messaging will be unavailable during this time
- Have a plan for ePrescribing during this maintenance window
Change Healthcare Alert
Change Healthcare experienced a cyber security issue has resolved the matter. Valant's security is not impacted. This issue impacted the Clearinghouse and eLabs. Users can currently submit claims to Change Healthcare. Read more about what Valant users need to know.
Eligibility is not yet available through Change Healthcare.
